AUGUST NEWS

The purse contest was great and as you saw in the store, the entries were amazing. Everyone did a fabulous job and the winner was Lana Black with Purse Number One.....the beautiful beige purse with the flower garden on the front.  The picture is on this page for you to have one last look!!  We appreciate everyone who entered and also for coming in and voting for your favorite one.  We sure heard lots of "oohs and aahs" and everyone who entered the store was impressed with each of the entries.   Congratulations, Lana.  You did a great job and your purse is beautiful.   And one more time.....EVERYONE DID A FABULOUS JOB.

Exciting news!!  We have just made the decision to put our building up for sale or lease.  Our plans are to move to a bigger location that will allow us to expand our yarn selection and maybe add some bakery items at the same time.  We are keeping our eyes open for a location that is easy to find and has great parking.  We will keep you posted and if you have any suggestions, we would love to hear them.

The Farmer's Market has been fun and it's been great to have you stop by and say hello.  We appreciate the support.   The hours are 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. so we hope you'll stop by and say hello.  Don't forget that we close the store at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday  so we can get to the market on time!!! 

Remember the times set aside for you to come in and work on your projects.  We have great things planned for September and October and we know you'll want to participate in some of it so get your projects finished now.  Summer is half-way gone already which means Fall is just around the corner.
